What We Do, and How We Deliver It
We self-perform structural and site concrete: foundations, footings, grade beams, slab-on-grade, slab-on-deck, commercial flatwork, curb and gutter, ADA sidewalk, and concrete paving, plus site preparation and underground utilities. Our own crews handle the formwork, the pour, and the finish.
Both. We deliver owner-direct commercial projects and we subcontract concrete and sitework to Tier-1 general contractors. Either way, you work with the team that priced the work.
The concrete and sitework are self-performed by our own crews. When a project needs more, we extend our crew with vetted specialists who work under our direction and carry the same insurance and standards we hold.
We take commercial concrete and sitework packages and owner-direct projects sized for predictability over volume. Current contract capacity is shared directly with your prequalification team.
Yes. We are registered and active in SAM.gov with NAICS 238110 (poured concrete) as our primary code, and we bid municipal, institutional, and public projects across Metro Detroit. When a project carries prevailing-wage or certified-payroll requirements, we price and staff to those requirements. Full registrations and identifiers are in our capability statement on request.
WORKING WITH US
Insurance, Pricing, and Prequalification
Yes. We carry full commercial insurance and issue certificates naming the owner and general contractor as additional insured, primary and non-contributory, with a 30-day cancellation notice. Coverage limits are shared with your prequalification team, not published here.
COIs, W-9s, references, and prequal paperwork come back within one business day. Qualified bids get a fast response.
From your drawings and a documented quantity takeoff, not a ballpark. Every quantity is cross-checked before the number leaves the shop, so the price ties to real scope with clear assumptions and exclusions.
Yes. Our concrete and sitework carry a written warranty, put in writing before work starts. If something is not right on our scope, we are back on site.
